## Lawn

- [Ecovacs GOAT error codes and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/ecovacs-goat-error-codes/index.md): Ecovacs GOAT codes start with E. In the GOAT O800 RTK and O1200 RTK manual, E621, E622, E623 and E627 mean the mower was lifted or trapped for a long time, E504, E505 and E650 point to an RTK reference station problem, and E674 means the battery is too hot or cold. Ecovacs only prints a few codes in its manuals; for any other code, check the details in the app, which Ecovacs says is the first step.
- [Husqvarna Automower error codes: what each message means and how to fix it](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/husqvarna-automower-error-codes/index.md): Husqvarna Automower errors are written messages such as Outside work area, No loop signal, Trapped, Lifted and Wheel motor blocked. For most of them the fix is to remove the physical cause, such as debris on the wheels, an obstacle or a wire problem, then restart the mower. Safety errors like Lifted or a pressed STOP button need manual action at the mower: press STOP, enter your PIN and start it again.
- [Husqvarna Automower keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/husqvarna-automower-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Look at the message. Trapped means repeated collisions in a tight spot, No drive means the wheels spin without moving, Cutting system blocked means something is stopping the blade disc, and Wheel motor blocked or overloaded means grass or an object on a drive wheel. Clean the wheels and deck, keep grass under your model's maximum height, and fence off repeat trouble spots with a stay out zone or a boundary wire island.
- [Husqvarna Automower no loop signal: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/husqvarna-automower-no-loop-signal/index.md): Check the charging station light. Flashing blue means a broken boundary wire or loose connector, off means no power, solid red means a power supply or board fault, and flashing green means ECO mode has switched the loop off. Start by pushing the wire ends fully into the station and checking the cable, then hunt for a break with Husqvarna's swap and cut method. If the light is solid green, create a new loop signal in the app.
- [Husqvarna Automower won't charge or return to the station: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/husqvarna-automower-wont-charge/index.md): Look at the charging station light first. Off means no power reaching the station, solid red means a power supply or circuit board fault, flashing red means a damaged antenna in the baseplate, and flashing yellow means a broken guide wire. If the light is normal, clean the charging contacts on the mower and station, clear the docking path, and check that the station sits on flat ground. Husqvarna says the mower also pauses charging when the battery is outside its temperature range.
- [Husqvarna Automower won't connect to the app: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/husqvarna-automower-wont-connect-to-app/index.md): Restart the mower and your phone, update Automower Connect and stand within 16 ft (5 m) of the mower. Bluetooth pairing usually fails because another phone is already connected or the PIN is wrong; the default is 1234 on mowers made from October 2023, or 0000 or 1111 on older ones. WiFi models only work on 2.4 GHz networks. Cellular models need coverage on a special network for connected devices, so strong phone signal is no guarantee.
- [Mammotion LUBA error codes, lights and messages](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/mammotion-luba-error-codes/index.md): Mammotion does not publish a numbered error code list for the LUBA in its manuals or Help Center. Instead, the LUBA mini 2 AWD manual explains faults through the robot's side LED: slow blinking red means stopped, low battery, stuck, key not seated or lifted, and fast blinking red means a malfunction or failed update. Positioning faults show in the app as statuses like Float, Single or None, and Mammotion's support site covers each one.
- [Mammotion LUBA lost RTK signal or poor positioning: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/mammotion-luba-lost-rtk-signal/index.md): Open the positioning info in the app. Fix status is good; Float, Single or None stops auto mowing. Check the RTK reference station LED is solid green and its power and radio antenna are connected, then move it to open sky with nothing overhead within 16 ft (5 m). Over 20 co viewing satellites on L1 and L2 means stable RTK. Move boundaries away from trees and walls, and make no go zones around obstacles.
- [Mammotion LUBA won't charge or dock: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/mammotion-luba-wont-charge/index.md): Check the station LED. Off means no power, solid red means a station fault, and on the LUBA mini 2 a blinking green LED means the mower is docked while solid green means it is not. Make sure the station sits flat and firmly staked with 5 ft clear in front and to the sides, and keep the charging ports clean and dry. If LUBA will not turn on, reseat the key, then try a factory reset.
- [Mammotion LUBA won't connect to the app: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/mammotion-luba-wont-connect-to-app/index.md): Turn LUBA off, unplug the key, plug it back in, turn it on and restart the app. For WiFi, LUBA only works on 2.4 GHz, so check your router band, move LUBA closer, or try a phone hotspot. For Bluetooth, stay within 10 ft (3 m) and allow Bluetooth, Location and local network access. If it still will not connect, a factory reset helps but erases the map.
- [Navimow error codes: what they mean and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/navimow-error-codes/index.md): A Navimow error is a four digit code. Segway's first step for almost every code is the same: fix the physical cause, then press the STOP button on the mower to clear the code and resume. Codes in the 6100s cover maps, position, docking and getting stuck, 7100s cover battery and wheel data, and 8101 and 9100s are sensor and system faults that often need support.
- [Segway Navimow lost RTK signal or poor positioning: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/navimow-lost-rtk-signal/index.md): Move the RTK antenna and charging station at least 6.6 ft from walls, trees, houses and fences, with more than 110 degrees of open sky. Update the firmware with the mower docked and above 20% battery. If you use Network RTK, pick WiFi only or 4G only, whichever is stronger, and check coverage for your postcode. Use the Satellite Signal Analyzer in the app to find a better spot.
- [Segway Navimow won't charge or return to the station: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/navimow-wont-charge/index.md): Check the charging station first. No power light means the outlet, breaker or cable is at fault, and a blue light while docked means the mower is not getting power through dirty or corroded charging contacts. Navimow also stops charging when the battery is below 32°F or above 127°F. If it will not drive home, clear the docking area, update firmware, and move the station or RTK antenna away from walls and trees.
- [Segway Navimow won't connect to the app: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/navimow-wont-connect-to-app/index.md): Stay within about 10 ft (3 m) of the mower, turn Bluetooth on and give the app Bluetooth and Location permission. For WiFi, use the 2.4 GHz band, a network name with only letters and numbers, and a password of 64 characters or fewer. If 4G stopped working, check the service has not expired, then switch to WiFi only and back to 4G. Restart the mower, router and app.
- [Robot mower keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/robot-mower-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Find where it stops, then match the spot to a cause. Fill holes and ruts, cut grass below your model's limit (under 10 cm for Ecovacs GOAT), clean the wheels and underside, mow only when the lawn is dry, and leave a 4 to 6 inch buffer around obstacles and drop offs in the map. If one spot keeps trapping it, make it a no go zone.
- [Worx Landroid Vision error codes E1 to E25 explained](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/worx-landroid-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Landroid Vision codes owners see most are E1 (outside boundary), E3 (blade motor fault), E4 (mower trapped) and E8 (cannot find base). For E3, Worx says to power off, turn the mower over with gloves on, clear twigs, stones and grass from the blades, and cut grass taller than 9 cm (about 3.5 in) with a regular mower first. For E1 and E4, keep the lawn edge flat and clear, keep grass under 9 cm, and make passages at least 2 m (about 6.5 ft) wide. For E8, check that the charging station is level, powered with a green light, and that its QR code is clean.

## Pool

- [Aiper pool cleaner not climbing walls: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/aiper-pool-cleaner-not-climbing-walls/index.md): First check your model: Aiper says the Scuba V3 is floor only, so it will never climb. On climbing models such as the Scuba X1 and S1, the most common cause is a battery that is not fully charged, because wall climbing needs much more power; charge until the LED is solid green. Pick Wall+Floor or Auto mode in the app, rinse the filter basket and clean the drive rollers. Smooth vinyl and fiberglass, and rough pebble finishes, both reduce grip.
- [Aiper pool cleaner troubleshooting: lights, error codes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/aiper-pool-cleaner-troubleshooting/index.md): Aiper Scuba errors show as E codes in the Aiper app: E1 is a drive motor problem, E2 a clogged filter or pump, E3 a sensor fault, E4 a battery or charging fault and E5 water inside the robot. On the charger, red means charging and green means ready or full. A yellow blinking or beeping charger means poor contact, and red flashing with a heat warning means stop charging and call Aiper. For most faults Aiper says to clean the part, then power cycle the robot.
- [Aiper pool cleaner won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/aiper-pool-cleaner-wont-charge/index.md): Plug the charger into the wall on its own first: a green light means it works, no light means it has failed. Connect it to the robot and the light should turn red; if it stays green, clean the charging pins on the robot and charger. Aiper says the battery will not charge below 50°F (10°C) or above 104°F (40°C), so bring the robot indoors to settle. A battery left empty for months can be locked out and needs a replacement through Aiper.
- [Beatbot error codes: what the lights and app alerts mean](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/beatbot-error-codes/index.md): Beatbot does not publish numbered error codes. On the AquaSense 2 and Sora 70, a flashing orange status light means a malfunction (or a factory reset in progress), and the app names the cause, such as a clogged or missing filter basket, a tangled roller brush or track wheel, or debris on the propeller. Clear the cause, and if the orange light stays, check the impeller and contact Beatbot support.
- [Beatbot pool robot won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/beatbot-wont-charge/index.md): Start with the outlet: test it with another device. Then make sure the charger is fully inserted and aligned, and clean the charging port and contacts; Beatbot says white crusty deposits come off with citric acid or white vinegar. If it still won't charge, Beatbot says to measure the adapter with a multimeter: 26.6 V to 30 V means the adapter is fine and the robot needs support. Cold weather below 77°F (25°C) also makes charging slower.
- [Dolphin pool cleaner error codes and power supply lights](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dolphin-pool-cleaner-error-codes/index.md): Maytronics does not publish number error codes for its Dolphin cleaners. The power supply light is the code: steady red means a fault, orange (on selected models) means the filter is clogged, and blinking blue or green relates to Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or the timer. For a red light, Maytronics says to check that the floating cable is connected, clear the impeller, tracks and wheels, and make sure the robot is fully underwater.
- [Dolphin pool robot not climbing walls: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dolphin-pool-robot-not-climbing-walls/index.md): Maytronics lists four causes in every recent Dolphin manual: a clogged filter, algae on the walls, unsuitable pH and debris in the impeller housing or cover. Clean the filter after every cycle, open the impeller cover and clear it, scrub the walls and keep pH between 7.0 and 7.8. Climbing also weakens in water below 15°C (59°F). If an older robot still slides after all that, owners point to worn brushes or drive tracks.
- [Dolphin pool robot not moving: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dolphin-pool-robot-not-moving/index.md): Look at the power supply first. No light means no power reaching it: check the outlet, the switch, the black power cable and the GFCI, then turn it off for 30 seconds and back on. A steady red light means the blue floating cable is loose, something is jammed in the impeller, tracks or wheels, or the robot is out of the water. A flashing green light just means it is waiting for its timer.
- [Dolphin pool robot not picking up debris: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dolphin-pool-robot-not-picking-up-debris/index.md): Maytronics' troubleshooting table gives two causes for a Dolphin that moves but does not clean: a clogged filter and debris in the impeller housing or cover. Rinse the filter basket after every cycle and the ultra fine panels at least monthly, then unplug and clear the impeller. If it leaves whole areas dirty, move the power supply and release more cable. Use the coarse net filter for leaves and the ultra fine panels for fine dirt.
- [Polaris robotic pool cleaner error codes and lights](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/polaris-pool-cleaner-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Polaris FREEDOM owner's manual lists these codes with a blinking red status light: 1 and 4 pump motor (clear the impeller, clean the filter), 2 and 3 traction motor and 5 and 6 drive motor (clear debris, turn the wheels), 7 floating and 8 out of water (clean the filter, restart, shake out air bubbles), 10 communication error, 12 firmware update error, 14 motor block, 20 and 21 battery (battery block must be replaced), 22 and 23 charging too hot or cold, and 25 charging error (clean the charge plates). On corded models, Polaris says Error 10 usually comes down to the floating cable connection at the control box.
- [Pool robot stuck on the main drain: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/pool-robot-stuck-on-drain/index.md): Turn off the pump or close the main drain valve while the robot runs, since makers say drain suction can hold a robot down. Start the robot from the side of the pool opposite the drain, and install any firmware update in the app. If it still beaches on a raised cover, fit a clip on ramp or a cover like the Polaris Unibridge so the robot can drive over it.
- [Wybot pool robot error codes and indicator lights](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/wybot-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, Wybot's user manuals list no number error codes. The robot's LED is the code. Solid red means the impeller is stuck: power off and remove whatever is in it. Flashing red means motor protection, because the robot was not in the water or the water was too shallow: restart it and put it straight into water deeper than 0.5 m. Flashing yellow means charge now. A charger light that flashes without charging means poor contact: unplug and plug the charger back in. Climbing, sinking or partial cleaning problems are usually a blocked filter basket.

## Windows

- [Ecovacs Winbot error codes, voice alerts and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/ecovacs-winbot-error-codes/index.md): Winbot has no numbered error codes. It speaks an alert, such as Not enough air pressure, Avoid window edges or WINBOT slips, and shows it in the Ecovacs Home app. For almost every alert, Ecovacs says to steer the robot within reach in the app, hold the handle, hold Start for 2 seconds until the fan stops, take it off the glass, fix the cause (pad seating, dirty drive tracks, debris in the brushes, or starting too close to the frame) and reattach it at least 10 cm from the edges.

## Litter box

- [Litter-Robot 3 not cycling: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-3-not-cycling/index.md): Check the control panel light first. Solid blue with no cycle usually means the cycle delay is still counting (7 minutes by default), blue and yellow together mean Sleep Mode, flashing blue means the drawer is full, and slow flashing yellow means a cycle was interrupted. If no light turns red when your cat goes in, the cat sensor is not seeing it, often because of a mat, carpet, a wall or too much litter. Fix the cause, then press Reset from the Home position.
- [Litter-Robot 4 cat sensor fault: not detecting the cat, or detecting one that isn't there](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-4-cat-sensor-fault/index.md): A flashing red light bar means the Litter-Robot 4 has seen a cat or weight for over 30 minutes, usually from litter above the MAX fill line, a mat or cord under a foot, or the unit touching a wall. Dusty curtain sensors in the bezel cause both false detections and missed cats. The quickest fix is to remove extra litter, press Reset twice at Home to zero the scale, and wipe and vacuum the bezel. Cats under 3 lbs are not detected in Automatic Mode.
- [Litter-Robot 4 drawer full light on when the drawer is not full](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-4-drawer-full-light-wrong/index.md): A flashing blue light bar is the drawer full indicator, and false alerts usually come from a stretched or dark bag, dust on the curtain sensors, fur in the globe seal strips or clumps at the waste port. Start by pushing the liner flat against the drawer walls and bottom, then press Reset and Cycle. If it still flashes, clean the bezel sensors and update the firmware. Whisker's last home fix is a DFI recalibration with the gray card or a sheet of white paper in the drawer.
- [Litter Robot 4 lights meaning: every color and what to do](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-4-lights-meaning/index.md): Solid blue means the Litter-Robot 4 is ready. Flashing blue means the drawer is full, solid red means the cat sensor was triggered, red and blue alternating means the curtain sensors are dirty, solid yellow means paused and solid purple means Sleep Mode. Whisker's fix for most faults is to clear the cause, then press Reset and Cycle.
- [Litter Robot 4 not cycling: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-4-not-cycling/index.md): Check the light bar first. Solid red means it is counting down its cycle delay (7 minutes by default), solid purple means Sleep Mode, red and blue alternating means dirty curtain sensors, flashing blue means the drawer is full, and blue with 2 flashing yellow means the scale reads extra weight. Fix the cause, then press Reset and Cycle.
- [Litter-Robot 4 won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-4-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): The Litter-Robot 4 only joins 2.4 GHz networks, so mesh routers and combined 5 GHz networks cause most failures. A blinking blue Connect light means it is trying to reach WiFi, blinking yellow means it is in onboarding mode or forgot its network, and solid white means WiFi is off. The quickest fix is to unplug the unit for 15 seconds, power it on, then short press Connect to turn WiFi off, wait 30 seconds and short press it again. If it still won't connect, use Update Network in the Whisker app on a 2.4 GHz network.
- [Litter Robot 5 error codes and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/litter-robot-5-error-codes/index.md): The Litter-Robot 5 shows named messages instead of number codes. A yellow light means attention: the robot still cycles (drawer almost full, litter low, filter due). A red light means an error: the robot cannot cycle until you fix the cause and press Cancel. Most red errors come from too much litter, debris under the globe, or a bonnet that is not latched.
- [Neakasa M1 error lights and app alerts explained](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/neakasa-m1-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Neakasa M1 shows errors as button lights, not codes. A blinking red Level light means there is not enough litter: fill to 50% to 100% of the scale, ideally over 70%. A blinking red Empty light means the waste bin is full or the bag is not set flat. A blinking yellow Clean or Level light just means a cat interrupted the cycle, and the box restarts about 1 minute after the cat leaves. All five lights blinking red means a weighing sensor error: unplug, power back on, and contact Neakasa if it keeps blinking.
- [PetKit PuraMax 2 error codes: screen and app alerts explained](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/petkit-puramax-2-error-codes/index.md): The PuraMax 2 has no number codes. Its screen shows text prompts such as waste bin full, insufficient litter, side cover or upper cover not closed, and device failure, which tells you to check the PETKIT app for details. For a false cat inside alert, PetKit says to update the app and firmware, check the waste bin and bag, wipe the sensors, then unplug for 15 seconds and double click OK.

## Floors

- [Dreame robot vacuum error codes and alerts: what they mean and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dreame-robot-vacuum-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, Dreame does not publish a list of number codes for its robot vacuums. A blinking orange status light means an error, and the Dreamehome app names the fault. The most common ones are charging failures (check the station power switch and clean the charging contacts), the robot not finding its station (clear about 1 meter around the station, clean the reflective strips and the lidar), positioning failure (put it back on the station so it reloads the map), and a mop pad or brush that stops turning (remove the debris). If a fault stays after a restart, Dreame says to contact after sales service.
- [Dreame robot vacuum keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dreame-robot-vacuum-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Free the robot, remove what it snagged on, and set it down nearby so it can resume. Then set a restricted area or virtual wall around the furniture, chairs or doorways where it sticks. If it stops in open floor, clean the drive wheels and check they spring back, wipe the cliff sensors, and restart it.
- [Dreame robot vacuum won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dreame-robot-vacuum-wont-charge/index.md): Turn on the rocker switch on the back of the base station and check that both ends of its power cord are plugged in and the station light is on. Then cut the power, wipe the charging contacts on the station and the robot, check the station's spring contacts bounce back, and seat the robot squarely. Charge for 2 to 3 hours and watch the level in the Dreamehome app.
- [Dreame robot vacuum won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/dreame-robot-vacuum-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): Use a 2.4 GHz network, keep the robot and phone close to the router, and turn on location, local network and Bluetooth permissions for the Dreamehome app. Use a WiFi name and password with only letters and numbers, and make sure the router does not hide its name or filter MAC addresses. To restart pairing, hold Spot Clean and Dock until the robot says it is waiting for network configuration.
- [Ecovacs Deebot error codes and alerts: what they mean and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/ecovacs-deebot-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, Ecovacs lists number codes only for Wi-Fi setup in the ECOVACS HOME app. Codes 10010, 10018 and 10025 mean the Deebot cannot join your network: move it within about 3 meters of the router, use 2.4 GHz and check the password. Codes 10016 and 10017 mean setup timed out: turn off mobile data and join the ECOVACS_xxxx network. For cleaning faults, current models such as the T50 OMNI flash a red light and explain the problem in the app. The most common ones are a tangled main or side brush (clean and refit it), a stuck drive wheel (clear debris), and a robot that cannot dock or charge (clear the path and clean the contacts).
- [Ecovacs Deebot keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/ecovacs-deebot-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Most Deebots get stuck under sofas, where the top cover or LiDAR catches. Draw a virtual boundary around that furniture in the ECOVACS HOME app or raise it. If the robot stalls or circles anywhere, power it off, flip it, clear hair from the drive wheels, wipe the anti drop sensors, and press the bumper to check it springs back.
- [Ecovacs Deebot won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/ecovacs-deebot-wont-charge/index.md): Lift the top cover and make sure the power switch is set to I. Check the power cord at both the outlet and the back of the station, or try another outlet. Then clean the charging electrodes on the robot and the station, and push the robot back into the station by hand if it will not power on. Ecovacs says a docked robot announces that it is charging.
- [Ecovacs Deebot won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/ecovacs-deebot-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): Turn off mobile data on your phone, connect it to your home 2.4 GHz network, and keep the Deebot within about 3 m of the router. Make sure the router does not hide its network name, use MAC filtering, or need a web login. Then press the robot's reset button briefly to start pairing and follow the ECOVACS HOME app.
- [eufy RoboVac error codes: what each one means and how to fix it](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/eufy-robovac-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the eufy errors people see most are Error 1 (bumper stuck: tap it or refit it), Error 2 (wheel stuck: clear debris and spin it by hand), Error 3 and 4 (side brush or roller brush stuck: remove and clean), Error 5 and 6 (robot trapped: clear the area or move it to open floor and add a No-Go Zone), Error 7 (wheels off the ground) and Error 21 (could not dock: clear around the station). eufy says the same number can mean different things on different models, so check the article for your model on the eufy support site.
- [eufy RoboVac keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/eufy-robovac-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Free the robot, clear the area, and check the wheels: pull out anything wrapped around them, then tap them so they spring back. Tap the front bumper to make sure it moves. If it keeps sticking on the same carpet or under the same furniture, set a no go zone in the eufy app, use boundary strips on models that support them, or move the rug.
- [eufy RoboVac won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/eufy-robovac-wont-charge/index.md): Check that the white light on the charging base or station is on. If not, reconnect the AC adapter and try another outlet. Then wipe the charging pins on the base and under the robot with a dry cloth, set the robot on by hand and press down over the pins so they touch. If it still beeps nothing, eufy says the base likely needs replacing.
- [eufy RoboVac won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/eufy-robovac-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): Connect your phone to a 2.4 GHz network, move the phone and robot near the router, and turn on location access (precise location) for the eufy app. Put the phone in airplane mode with only WiFi on, then reset the robot's WiFi until you hear the reset WiFi alert and try again. Only a solid blue light means the RoboVac is connected.
- [Narwal robot vacuum error codes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/narwal-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, Narwal's support index lists four digit codes for its robot vacuums. The ones owners see most: 1012 Robot Trapped (clear obstacles, check the bumper and LIDAR), 1022 or 1023 Base Station Not Found (check base power and wipe the reflector stickers), 1044 Roller Brush Tangled (clear hair from the brush), 1045 Dustbin or Dustbag Not in Place (reseat it and clean the sensor), 1017 Anti-Drop Sensor Triggered (clean the cliff sensors), 2007 Dirty Water Tank Full or Not Installed (empty and reseat it, check the float ball), and 2032 to 2034 Dust Collection Malfunction (replace the bag, clear the inlets). If a code returns after the fix, Narwal says to contact support.
- [Roborock error codes and how to fix them](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roborock-error-codes/index.md): A Roborock error is a number spoken by the robot and shown in the app. The most common are Error 1 (LiDAR laser not spinning or blocked), Error 5 (main brush tangled), Error 8 (robot stuck), Error 9 and 10 (filter not detected, or blocked or wet), Error 13 (charging contacts) and Error 18 (fan blocked). Roborock's fix is almost always to clear the blockage or clean the part, then restart. If the code comes back, contact Roborock support.
- [Roborock keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roborock-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Most stuck Roborocks are wedged under furniture, caught on cords or rugs, or have hair jammed in a wheel. Error 8 means the robot is trapped, Error 2 a stuck bumper, Error 3 lifted wheels, Error 4 dirty cliff sensors and Error 7 jammed wheels. Clear the area, free and clean the wheels, wipe the sensors, then set a no go zone or invisible wall in the Roborock app over the spot it keeps getting stuck.
- [Roborock not picking up dirt: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roborock-not-picking-up-dirt/index.md): Roborock's manuals list three causes for weak pickup or dust falling out: a full dust bin, a blocked filter and hair tangled in the main brush. Empty the bin, clean the filter and let it dry fully if you washed it, and clear hair from the main brush and its bearings. If the app shows Error 9, 10 or 18, the filter or fan path is the problem. Replace the main brush every 6 to 12 months and the side brush every 3 to 6 months.
- [Roborock won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roborock-wont-charge/index.md): Most Roborocks that won't charge have a dock that is not getting power or dirty charging contacts on the robot or dock. Check the dock's power indicator is on and both ends of the power cable are pushed in, then wipe the contacts with a dry cloth. Roborock also says the robot only charges properly between 39 and 104 degrees F (4 to 40 C). Error 13 means a charging contact problem; Error 14 means a battery fault, which needs Roborock support.
- [Roborock won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roborock-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): Roborock robots join 2.4 GHz WiFi only, so a 5 GHz network is the most common reason setup fails. Reset the robot's WiFi until it says Resetting WiFi and the indicator flashes slowly, then add it in the Roborock app within the time limit. Give the app location permission, and on iPhone local network access. If it still fails, Roborock says to remove special characters from the network name and password and switch WEP security to WPA or WPA2.
- [Roomba error codes: what each one means and how to fix it](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roomba-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Roomba errors people see most are Error 1 (a wheel is hanging or stuck: move the robot to a flat spot), Error 2 (the brushes cannot turn: clean them), Error 5 and 7 (a drive wheel is stuck: spin it by hand and clear debris), Error 6 (dirty cliff sensors or a dark floor: wipe the sensors), Error 17 (the robot gave up on the job: improve lighting and clear clutter) and Error 1010 on the newer 100, 200, Plus and Max models (it cannot find its dock: clear the path and reboot). Charging errors such as 8, 9 and 120 point to the battery; iRobot says to reseat it and use a genuine iRobot battery.
- [Roomba keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roomba-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Most Roombas get stuck on the same few spots: under low furniture, on rug edges, or on dark rugs they read as a drop. Error 1, 5 and 7 mean a wheel is stuck, Error 6 means the cliff sensors see a drop, and Error 9 means the bumper is jammed. Clean the wheels, cliff sensors and bumper, then block repeat trouble spots with a Keep Out Zone in the app or a Virtual Wall.
- [Roomba not picking up dirt: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roomba-not-picking-up-dirt/index.md): The usual causes are a full bin dropping hair back on the floor, a clogged filter, and hair wrapped around the rubber brushes and their gray bearings. Empty the bin, tap the filter clean, and clear the brush pegs, bearings and vacuum path. Then set Cleaning Preferences to Automatic or more passes in the app. If pickup is still poor, iRobot says to fit a new filter, then new brushes.
- [Roomba won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roomba-wont-charge/index.md): Most Roombas that won't charge have a dock with no power, dirty charging contacts, or a robot that is not sitting on the contacts. Start by checking the dock light and wiping the contacts on the robot and dock with a lightly damp melamine foam or cloth. On a new Roomba 100, 200 or Max 700 series robot, iRobot says to hold POWER for 30 seconds off the dock and then dock it within 4 minutes. If the app shows a charging error number, the battery may need reseating or replacing.
- [Roomba won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/roomba-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): The most common causes are a 2.4 GHz only Roomba trying to join a 5 GHz network, a guest or WPA3 network, and a password with special characters or one that was pasted. Put the dock near the router, connect your phone to the 2.4 GHz network, turn on Bluetooth and Precise Location, and type the password by hand. If setup still fails, iRobot says to reboot the robot, restart the router for 10 seconds and reinstall the app.
- [Shark robot vacuum error codes: what each one means and how to fix it](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/shark-robot-vacuum-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Shark robot errors people see most are Error 2 (side brush stuck: clear debris), Error 4 (brushroll blocked: clear hair from the roll), Error 5 (drive wheel stuck: clean the wheels and axles), Error 7 (cliff sensors: move the robot and clean the sensors), Error 9 (dust bin not seated: push it in until it clicks), Error 10 and 16 (robot stuck: move it to a flat, open spot) and Error 23 (cannot find the base: check the base has power and a clear path). The light pattern for each code differs by model, so read the number in the SharkClean app.
- [Shark robot vacuum keeps getting stuck: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/shark-robot-vacuum-keeps-getting-stuck/index.md): Turn the robot off, flip it, and clear hair and debris from both drive wheels, then press each wheel down so it springs back. Check that the front bumper moves freely and wipe the cliff sensors with a dry cloth. If it keeps stopping in the same place, set a no go zone there or block it with BotBoundary strips on older models.
- [Shark robot vacuum won't charge: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/shark-robot-vacuum-wont-charge/index.md): Look at the base light first. On current Shark bases it shows green when the robot is detected, white when it is not, and nothing when the base has no power. Test the outlet, reseat the plug, then wipe the metal charging contacts on the robot and the base and slide the robot fully up the ramp. Older ION models also have a power switch that must be on.
- [Shark robot vacuum won't connect to WiFi: causes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/shark-robot-vacuum-wont-connect-to-wifi/index.md): Shark robots only connect to 2.4 GHz WiFi. Update the SharkClean app, put the robot on its base near the router, and press the WiFi button until it says it is ready to connect. If it still fails, reboot the router, the robot and your phone, retype the password, and ask your internet provider about firewall settings.
- [SwitchBot robot vacuum error messages and fixes (K11+)](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/switchbot-robot-vacuum-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, SwitchBot has no public list of numbered error codes for the Robot Vacuum K11+. Faults appear as messages in the SwitchBot app and as voice prompts. The common ones and SwitchBot's fixes: Cannot find a dustbin (check the magnet in the bottom right corner of the dust box, then factory reset), robot will not return to the auto empty station (remove the station film, clear 1 m on each side and 1.5 m in front, clean the charging contacts, replug the station), and dust collection sound with no emptying (clear the evacuation tube under the station, empty the dust box, replace the bag). If none of that works, send feedback with a video from the app.
- [TP-Link Tapo robot vacuum error codes and fixes](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/tapo-robot-vacuum-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, TP-Link lists eight voice prompt errors for its Tapo LiDAR robot vacuums, including the RV30 Max Plus. Error 1 is the battery (wait until it is between 0 and 40 °C), Error 2 the wheel module (clear the wheels and restart), Error 3 the side brush, Error 4 the suction fan (clear the fan port, clean the dust box and filter), Error 5 the main brush (clean the brush, its connection, cover and suction port), Error 6 the water pump, Error 7 the LiDAR (clear and wipe the laser sensor), and Error 8 abnormal operation (set the main power switch to ON). Restart the robot after each fix.

## 3D printers

- [Bambu Lab error codes and HMS alerts explained](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/bambu-lab-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Bambu Lab codes owners see most are nozzle and filament problems. 0300-4006 means a clogged nozzle, 0300-8016 means the nozzle is jammed with filament, 0700-8011 or 1200-8011 means the AMS or AMS lite ran out of filament, and 0700-8010 means the AMS assist motor is overloaded, usually from tangled filament or a stuck spool. 0300-8006 and 0300-8019 mean the printer cannot see the build plate. For most codes Bambu Lab says to fix the cause, then press Retry or Resume. If a code keeps coming back, search it on the Bambu Lab wiki or scan the QR code shown with the alert.
- [Creality K1 and K2 error codes: what the key numbers mean](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/creality-k1-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, the Creality codes that come up most are heating, leveling and filament feed errors. Key 2564 (TE2564 on Creality OS) means the nozzle is not heating as expected, and Key 2565 (CB2565) means the bed is not heating. Keys 2521 to 2529 point to the strain gauge leveling sensor. On the K2 Plus Combo, FR codes are CFS feed and retract problems, usually a tangled spool or a jam in the PTFE path. Creality says to restart and check the wiring first, and to export the log and contact support if the code is not in its table or keeps coming back.
- [Prusa error codes: what they mean on the MK4S, CORE One and MINI+](https://robotsforthat.com/guides/prusa-error-codes/index.md): As of October 27, 2026, Prusa error codes follow the pattern XXYZZ. XX is the printer (12 is the MINI, 13 the MK4, 26 the MK4S, 31 the CORE One), Y is the category (1 mechanical, 2 temperature, 3 electrical, 4 connectivity, 5 system, 6 bootloader, 7 and 8 warnings), and ZZ is the error. The most common are heating and thermistor errors such as XX202 preheat error and XX204 thermal runaway on the print head, stuck filament (XX101), steel sheet not detected (XX109) and failed homing (XX301, XX304, XX305). Scan the QR code on the screen or enter the code at help.prusa3d.com for the exact fix.
