## Verdict

The N8 is for owners who want a robot that also bags clippings and picks up leaves in fall, and all three testers said collection and auto dumping worked well. It is long, loud in collection mode, weak at edges and misses small objects like tennis balls. Skip it for tight, complex yards or if you only need a quiet mulching mower.

## Pros

- Collects grass and leaves into a 23 L bin
- Auto dumps at up to 5 set spots
- Reliable RTK navigation in all three tests
- Swappable mulching disc
- IPX6 rated

## Cons

- Loud, about 68 to 70 dB measured in collection mode
- Almost 1 m long with the bin, hard in tight spots
- Missed tennis balls in tests
- Leaves up to about 6 in uncut at edges
- RTK station to install

## Questions buyers ask

### Can it collect leaves?

Yes. With the 23 L bin attached it collects clippings and leaves and empties them at up to five spots you set. PCWorld, T3 and Notebookcheck all found this worked well.

### Do I need to install an antenna?

Yes, an RTK reference station comes in the box. Network RTK over 4G is an option, with 4G free for one year and then $35.99 a year per PCWorld.

### Is it quiet?

Not in collection mode. Anthbot quotes 58 dB for mowing or mulching, but PCWorld measured just under 68 dB and Notebookcheck about 70 dB.
