## Questions buyers ask

### Should I buy the X12S or the X12?

BGR says many buyers will not find the X12S worth about $400 more than the X12. The X12 has full Vacuum Wars lab results while the X12S does not yet.

### Does it use dust bags?

No. The PureCyclone 2.0 dock is bagless, and Ecovacs says it can go up to 48 days between emptying.

### Can I cover the camera?

Yes. BGR confirms a physical Privacy Shield closes over the camera.
