## Questions buyers ask

### Do I need a subscription for the EBO Air 2?

Enabot does not list one. It records to the included 32 GB microSD card.

### Will it find its dock on its own?

Yes, it returns to charge when low, but it uses infrared, so Enabot advises keeping the dock in an open area; it may fail from another room.

### Will it work on carpet?

Its tracks handle carpet and hard floors, but reviewers found it can get stuck on thick rugs.
