## Verdict

The Plus 405 Combo gives you LiDAR mapping, lifting spin mops and a dock that empties and washes pads for about $800. Both independent tests we read were unimpressed: weak measured suction, poor carpet and pet hair results, wet floors and no obstacle avoidance. Hard floor homes that want the iRobot app can consider it on a deep sale; most buyers should compare other docks first.

## Pros

- Dock empties, washes and dries mop pads
- LiDAR maps quickly and stores 4 maps
- Mop pads lift on carpet
- Single brush roll resisted hair wrap in testing

## Cons

- Poor carpet and pet hair pickup
- No obstacle avoidance
- Leaves floors wet
- Loud dock emptying
