# Narwal Freo 20 review

Roller mop flagship with 31,000 Pa claim and a 212°F wash dock

- Our score: 6.4 out of 10
- Price: $1,100 (checked Oct 31, 2026)
- Status: on sale
- Best for: pet homes with mostly hard floors
- Skip if: you have little floor space for a big dock
- HTML version: https://robotsforthat.com/robot/narwal-freo-20/

## Verdict

A strong pick if you want a roller mop that rinses itself while it cleans and a dock that does almost everything. Vacuum Wars measured top tier pet hair results with zero hair wrap. Skip it if your space is tight, since the dock is large, or if you want a plumbed in water option.

## Questions buyers ask

### Does the Freo 20 need a water hookup?

No. It uses refillable clean and dirty water tanks. Presse-citron noted there is no plumbed water connection, so you fill it by hand.

### How often do I change the dust bag?

Narwal says the 2.4 L bag lasts up to 120 days.

### Will long hair wrap the brush?

Vacuum Wars measured 0% wrap with 7 inch hair. Journal du Geek still saw some tangling, so expect occasional checks.
