## Verdict

A simple, quiet open top box for owners who want automatic sifting without an app, Wi-Fi or a subscription. Reviewers found it kept the box clean and easy to wash, though some cats refused it at first and the full bin sensor can trip early. Skip it if space is tight or you have a senior cat that struggles with a high entry.

## Questions buyers ask

### Does it need an app or subscription?

No. The Ease S1 reviewers tested has no app and no subscription. Oneisall also sells a Pro version with app control over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

### What litter can I use?

Clumping mineral or bentonite litter works with the included 5 mm guard. For tofu or mixed litter, Oneisall sells a 12 mm guard for $39.99.

### Will my cat use it?

Not always right away. Tom's Guide's older cat avoided it for most of a week until used litter was mixed in, and Reviewed had two cats refuse it while two of three cats in another home took to it.

### How often do I empty it?

Oneisall says the 11 L drawer holds up to 14 days of waste for one cat, less for more cats.
