SwitchBot Robots: Lineup and Buying Guide

Short answer

SwitchBot is a smart home brand that also sells robot vacuums and has shown a laundry folding humanoid. We track two models. The K11+ mini robot vacuum costs $399.99 on SwitchBot's US store as of October 21, 2026 and suits small, furniture packed apartments. The onero H1 humanoid lists at $9,999 as of October 16, 2026 but is still marked Coming Soon, so you cannot order it. Neither has enough published test results for our score yet.

SwitchBot started with the Bot, a small device that presses light switches and buttons, first sold through Kickstarter. It now makes smart locks, curtain openers, hubs, sensors and robot vacuums. The brand is run by OneRobotics, which listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at the end of December 2025 and raised about HK$1.64 billion, roughly $206 million.

SwitchBot's robot vacuums plug into the rest of its smart home range. The K11+ and S20 support Matter, so they work in Apple Home, Alexa and Google Home without extra bridges. At CES 2026 the company added a wheeled humanoid, the onero H1.

Prices below come from our robot data, checked on SwitchBot's own stores. SwitchBot and Amazon discount the vacuums often.

We track 2 SwitchBot robots for humanoids and floors on robotsforthat. Each page lists the maker's specs, the current US price, what independent reviewers found and the safety record we could check. Prices we checked run from $400 to $9,999. We recheck prices daily and show the date of the last check on every page. None of these robots has enough published test results for our score yet, so they appear as "not scored" instead of with a guess.

Across the lineup we cite 4 independent tests, each linked on the robot's page so you can read the original. The newest model we list is the SwitchBot onero H1, released 2026. Our score is the same formula for every brand: 70% independent test results and 30% value for money. Affiliate deals never change it. How we score.

The SwitchBot robot lineup

SwitchBot's vacuums come in two families. The K series are mini robots built to fit under furniture, including the K10+ Pro, the K11+ and the K20+ Pro. The S series add real mopping: HomeKit News reports the S20 has 10,000 Pa of claimed suction, a roller mop that rinses itself as it cleans, and a dock version that connects to your plumbing.

The K11+ and S20 launched outside Japan in September 2025. A K11+ Pro was announced in Japan in July 2026, but SwitchBot has not confirmed it for the US.

Which SwitchBot to buy

  • Small apartment, low gaps under furniture, vacuuming only: K11+. TechRadar found its navigation fast and accurate and liked the large 4 L dock bag, but the wipe mop was not worth using and it ran over a cable. Wait for a sale, since it often drops well below $400.
  • You want a robot that mops properly: skip the K11+ and look at the S series or other brands in our robot vacuum rankings. The K11+ has no water tank.
  • Larger home, heavy pet hair or cluttered floors: also skip the K11+. Expert Reviews found its pet hair pickup weak and saw it run over socks.
  • A home humanoid: do not plan around the onero H1 yet. It has a price but no order button or ship date.

onero H1: what we know

SwitchBot showed the onero H1 at CES 2026 loading clothes into a washer. It says the robot runs on its OmniSense AI model and can also fold laundry, wash dishes and tidy toys. Gadget Review saw it take about two minutes per garment. The product page lists $9,999 with a 1 year warranty and 30 day money back guarantee, but marks it Coming Soon. New foreign made robot models also need FCC authorization after a July 2026 rule, which may slow a US launch.

Warranty, returns and support

Products bought from the SwitchBot online store come with a 1 year warranty from the purchase date, and undamaged items can be returned within 30 days of shipping for any reason. You pay return postage on non faulty returns. If you bought from Amazon or another retailer, you handle returns through that seller.

SwitchBot's US support line is +1 866-530-2887, with email at [email protected] and live chat. For running costs, SwitchBot sells a K series replacement kit meant to last a year for $64.99, about $195 over three years.
