Yarbo Yarbo Y40 Core with Snow Blower Gen 2
Best for Long, open driveways in snowy regions where the owner wants year round yard work from one robotTracked robot that blows snow on a schedule, then mows in summer
As of October 2026, the only robot snow blowers a US homeowner can actually order come from Yarbo, the company that began as Snowbot. Yarbo sells its Gen 2 snow blower on two tracked Cores, the Y40 at $6,199 and the newer Y40P at $7,799, and is preparing a smaller plow based M Series. Owners have shown these robots clearing 6,000 sq ft driveways overnight, but they also report long setups, GPS hiccups and trouble with heavy wet snow. This page compares what is on sale, what it costs to own, and what independent reviewers and owners have found. How we score.
Tracked robot that blows snow on a schedule, then mows in summer
Yarbo's newer Core with hub motors and a bigger claimed snow range
Smaller Yarbo that pushes light snow with a 23.6 in angled plow
We did not test these robots ourselves. We ranked them on US price for a snow only configuration, the maker's published specs, how close each configuration is to hardware that independent reviewers such as PCWorld and long term owners have actually run in snow, warranty and running costs, and known issues including support complaints and the May 2026 firmware security disclosure. Products without a US store page or US preorder, such as commercial machines and lease only services, were left out. Full method.
