Leo's Loo Too is a large drum box that testers credit with strong odor control thanks to its UV light and carbon filter. It is pricey and bulky, and one Rover tester's cat hissed at the cycle noise and avoided it. Keep a backup box until a nervous cat adjusts.
Best for: odor control in small apartments. Skip if: your cat is noise sensitive or space is tight.
