Dreame Matrix10 Ultra
Dreame flagship whose dock swaps between three mop pad types and three cleaning solutions
Researched by Riley Hart · updated Oct 23, 2026
We started tracking this price on Oct 24, 2026 and have not found a past sale price yet, so we cannot say if $1,400 is a good deal. Black Friday is Nov 27, 2026, 31 days away, when robots in this category usually get their biggest cuts. Get a price drop alert.
The pick for large homes with several floor types that want a different mop for kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. Vacuum Wars measured strong stain removal, no hair wrap and good threshold climbing. It is slow and covers less floor per charge than average, and the mop swapping mechanism has no long term track record yet.
Best for: large homes with mixed floors and pets. Skip if: you have a small home or limited dock space.

Dreame does not publish replacement intervals for Matrix10 parts on its US store, so we do not estimate a 3 year cost. Running three pad types and three solutions means more consumables than a single mop robot.

What independent reviewers found
- Lab tests found 80% sand removal from carpet, 92% flattened pet hair pickup, 0% hair wrap, 19 of 24 obstacles avoided and a combined mopping score of 29 against a 22 average; coverage was about 757 sq ft per charge against a 1,117 sq ft average and crevice pickup was weak.
- Vacuum Wars · 3.65/5
- Mapped a large village hall and open plan home accurately and mopped hard floors with no streaks; carpet results were good but left more debris than expected in a heavy debris test, and the app was slow and overwhelming.

Questions buyers ask
What does mop swapping do?
The dock stores three pad sets, for scrubbing, absorbing and general use, and fits the right one for each room. TechRadar says this helps avoid spreading bathroom grime to the kitchen.
How big is the dock?
Dreame lists the base station at 16.38 x 17.99 x 23.23 in, and TechRadar called it extremely large.
Will it fit under my furniture?
The LiDAR retracts so the robot is 3.50 in tall, rising to 4.37 in when the sensor is raised.
Does it support Matter?
Dreame's US page says Matter is coming in an upcoming update and is not available yet.
