Instachew Purrclean
Compact app connected drum box suited to small cats
Researched by Riley Hart · updated Nov 2, 2026
Is the Instachew Purrclean worth it? A compact drum box with a good touch screen and an app that weighs cats, but both hands-on reviews found it cramped, hard to deep clean and weak on odor. It costs $320 as of Nov 2, 2026, and Cats.com scored it 3.6/5.
A compact drum box with a good touch screen and an app that weighs cats, but both hands-on reviews found it cramped, hard to deep clean and weak on odor. Consider it only for small cats and at a discount; bigger cats need a roomier box.
Best for: small cats in small spaces. Skip if: you have cats over about 12 lb.
