- Bob Vila (4/5): A grid of 20 cups over 5 days showed near perfect coverage with no measurable difference between circle and irregular patterns; couldn't schedule beds and shrubs separately. Source
- TechHive: Each rotation put down about 0.05 in over roughly 8 minutes and throw reached about 30 ft, but a stream tuned to stop inches from a path oversprayed about a foot the next day. Reviewer would not tear out a working system for it. Source

- Bob Vila (8.6/10): Over about two months beside an untreated control bed, the Tertill bed stayed nearly weed free while the control grew weeds over 14 in tall; only a band under 1 in wide along the border sprouted. Source
