What reviewers found
Aiper Scuba V3
- Bob Vila (4.5/5): About a month in a Florida pool: it identified debris and drove to it, pickup of algae and fine debris was excellent, and retrieval was easy; no surface skimming and premium price when not on sale. Source
- The Smart Home Hookup: Passed the 8 inch sun shelf test and praised debris detection, but even with the secondary filter it struggled with sending fine silt into the water column. Source
Aiper Scuba X1 Pro Max
- Digital Trends: Editors' Choice. Floor and wall cleaning was about 90% effective and it never got stuck, with stronger suction than a Beatbot AquaSense Pro; skimming underperformed and it climbed only 0.5 to 1 inch above the waterline. Source
- The Pool Nerd: Rated Pool Nerd Disapproved: measured weaker suction than top corded robots, fine sediment remained after several passes, and it needed 4 to 5 hours of charging after each session. Source
