What reviewers found
Aiper Scuba V3
- Bob Vila (4.5/5): About a month in a Florida pool: it identified debris and drove to it, pickup of algae and fine debris was excellent, and retrieval was easy; no surface skimming and premium price when not on sale. Source
- The Smart Home Hookup: Passed the 8 inch sun shelf test and praised debris detection, but even with the secondary filter it struggled with sending fine silt into the water column. Source
Aiper Scuba X1 Pro
- Cybershack (8.7/10): Scored 8.7/10. Removed all debris from the test pool including tile line dirt, ran about 134 min on Auto with 28% battery left, took 5 h to charge, and the 3 µm sock was very dirty after one clean. Adaptive mode added about 20 min to cover curved fillets. Source
- The Pool Nerd: Labeled Pool Nerd Disapproved. Saw leaves swirl around the 7.75 in intake, larger debris missed and fine silt needing several cycles; 180 min runtime only in Eco mode and 3 to 4 h recharges. The site prefers corded robots. Source
