What reviewers found
Segway Navimow X430
- Bob Vila: Named Best Overall. Handled thick St. Augustine grass and steep side yards better than the other six mowers tested; mapping was the easiest in the group; the RTK antenna was never needed. Source
- PCWorld (TechHive): Editors' Choice. On a 7,600 sq ft test lawn it stayed inside boundaries, climbed slopes without slipping and did not go over a raised edge that a smaller Navimow fell into; cut was even at 3 and 4 in. Source
Sunseeker X7
- PCWorld (TechHive): On a quarter acre lot the 0.75 acre model avoided a drainage hole that trapped other mowers, even at night, and its floating plates evened out a bumpy lawn. Boundary setup took almost an hour; it could not climb a steep side slope; app was the main weakness. Source
- Bob Vila (4.6/5): On about 0.25 acre with slopes, it handled sloped terrain without issues and ran about 1 hour per charge. Ratings: ease of use 4.5, cut quality 5, performance 5, durability 5, value 3.5. Source
