What reviewers found
Sunseeker X5 Gen 2
- inside digital: Mixed verdict. Edge cutting was praised and the six blade floating deck cut cleanly, but it missed a garden hose and refused to mow where network RTK signal was weak in a city garden. Its IPX5 rating was the lowest in the comparison. Source
- instalki.pl: Positive verdict after two weeks on a 337 m² flat lawn: about 122 m² per hour, about 100 minutes per charge, about 60 dB, no escapes from the map. It left about 8 cm uncut along walls versus 3 cm claimed and hit a small ball and a porcelain snail. Source
Sunseeker X7
- PCWorld (TechHive): On a quarter acre lot the 0.75 acre model avoided a drainage hole that trapped other mowers, even at night, and its floating plates evened out a bumpy lawn. Boundary setup took almost an hour; it could not climb a steep side slope; app was the main weakness. Source
- The Gadgeteer: Mapped about 484 m² with RTK; mowing it took just under two hours. Avoided a person's legs but not a softball, and needed no go zones under trees. Did not auto resume after charging. Ranked a close second to a Mammotion Luba. Source
