SCORED
A fair choice for a small, fairly flat lawn where you want LiDAR without RTK. Testers found setup easy and the cut even, but its edges stay uncut and it struggles on steeper ground. Street prices vary a lot, so compare before buying.
Best for: small flat yards. Skip if: you have steep sections or want clean edges.

- Small front wheels struggle on steeper sections
- Narrow 7 in cut
- Stopped after heavy rain in one test
- A month of use on about 5,875 sq ft: easy setup and mostly automatic mapping, good obstacle avoidance; left an uncut strip along edges and stopped after heavy rain until dried out.
- Tom's Guide
- Named Best for Small Yards. Simple setup and consistent results on flat lawns; small front wheels struggled on steeper sections and the design felt dated.

Questions buyers ask
Does the S4 need an RTK antenna?
No. Sunseeker says it is wire free and antenna free, using LiDAR and AI vision.
Will it cut to the edge?
Not fully. Tom's Guide found the blades sit 4.3 in from the housing edge, so keep a trimmer.
