Roborock Robot Vacuums: Lineup and Buying Guide

Short answer

Roborock is a Beijing robot vacuum maker known for strong suction and all in one docks. As of October 21, 2026, we track two models: the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow at $999.99 (our score 6.5 out of 10) and the flagship Saros 20 at $1,599.99 (6.2). Buy the Curv 2 Flow for a mostly hard floor home, and the Saros 20 if you need a very low robot that climbs tall door thresholds.

Roborock was founded in Beijing in 2014 with early backing from Xiaomi, and it listed its shares on China's STAR Market in 2020. Robot vacuums are its core business, and it also makes wet dry floor cleaners, cordless stick vacuums and a washer dryer.

On its US store, Roborock splits robot vacuums into three families. Saros is the flagship line with the slimmest robots and the most dock features. Qrevo covers the middle and upper middle tiers, including the Curv and Edge models. The Q series, such as the Q7 and Q10, is the budget range. The US store menu now also lists RockMow and RockNeo lawn mowers and a RockAqua pool cleaner.

We track two Roborock models in detail. Prices below come from our robot data, checked on the Roborock US store on October 21, 2026. Roborock runs frequent sales, so the price you see may be lower.

We track 8 Roborock robots for floors on robotsforthat. Each page lists the maker's specs, the current US price, what independent reviewers found and the safety record we could check. Prices we checked run from $250 to $1,600. We recheck prices daily and show the date of the last check on every page. 5 of these robots have enough published test results for our score. The highest scoring is the Roborock Qrevo Curv S5X at 6.7 out of 10.

Across the lineup we cite 22 independent tests, each linked on the robot's page so you can read the original. The newest model we list is the Roborock Qrevo Edge 3 Pro, released Aug 2026. Our score is the same formula for every brand: 70% independent test results and 30% value for money. Affiliate deals never change it. How we score.

The full Roborock lineup

The Saros 20 replaced the Saros 10R as Roborock's US flagship, though the 10R was still listed on sale at $899.99 on October 21, 2026. A Saros 20 Sonic variant swaps the spinning pads for a vibrating mop, according to BGR. At IFA 2026 Roborock said the Saros 20 Neo would be sold in the US as the Qrevo Edge 3 Pro.

In the Qrevo family, the US store listed the Qrevo CurvX at $749.99 on sale (regular $1,499.99), the Qrevo Edge 2 at $1,299.99 and the Qrevo 2 Pro from $549.99. In the budget Q series, the Q7 M5+ was $249.99 on sale and the Q10 X5+ $319.99. The older S8 Max Ultra was still listed too.

Which Roborock to buy

  • Mostly hard floors on a midrange budget: Qrevo Curv 2 Flow. Its self cleaning roller mop presses harder than older spinning pads, and Gizmodo called it the most powerful robot mop it had tested where it can reach. Several reviewers found it missed edges and corners, and Vacuum Wars rated its mopping disappointing.
  • Low furniture, rugs and tall door thresholds: Saros 20. At 3.14 in tall it fits under most furniture, and Vacuum Wars measured a record 57 mm threshold climb. Tom's Guide found its mopping streaky.
  • Tight budget: a Q series model. We have not scored these yet, so read independent tests before buying.
  • Mopping or pets are your main concern: compare Roborock with Dreame first. Our Roborock vs Dreame guide puts the Saros 20 and Qrevo Curv 2 Flow against the Dreame X60 Max Ultra Complete.

Warranty, returns and support

Roborock gives new machines bought from its US online store a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover batteries, consumables such as filters and brushes, or misuse. Repaired or replaced units are covered for 90 days or the rest of the original term, whichever is longer, and certified refurbished units get 6 months. Roborock's warranty page says returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving the shipment in most cases.

US support is available by phone at 1-855-960-4321, which Roborock lists as open 24 hours a day, by email at [email protected], and through its help center. Keep your receipt, since Roborock asks for proof of purchase on every claim.

Where to buy and running costs

Roborock sells direct on its US store and through its own Amazon storefront. Prices move a lot: Slickdeals logged the Qrevo Curv 2 Flow at $699.99 for Prime members on Amazon in June 2026, and Tom's Guide saw the Saros 20 at $1,424.99 during a Roborock sale.

Dock dust bags cost $25.59 for six on the Roborock store, and a Curv 2 Flow replacement roller lists at $18.99. Roborock does not publish replacement intervals, so we do not estimate a 3 year cost.

Error codes and troubleshooting

Roborock robots report problems as numbered errors in the app and as voice alerts. Our Roborock error codes guide lists what each one means and how to clear it before you call support.
